Make sure your waste management equipment is looked after with our service and maintenance plans. We offer four levels of cover so you can choose the service plan that works for you. The plans can be tailored to suit your own individual needs, including the option of weekend cover. From regular maintenance to quick emergency call outs, we’ve got you covered.

Qualified engineers

Greenbank operates its own Alcumus SafeContractor Approved team of service engineers. These engineers are on the road constantly installing, training, maintaining and attending call-outs throughout the UK.

We cover all areas of the UK, so you can be assured that your equipment is being maintained by an experienced, reputable company.

Our Service Plans

Standard Service

For preventative maintenance

The Standard Service plan includes 1-4 preventative maintenance service visits per annum. Services are carried out at regular intervals throughout the year and the number of services will vary depending on the type of machine and usage. Each service visit includes a total machine health-check for both electrical and hydraulic safety.

With the Standard Service package you get:
• 1-4 site visits per annum
• Service carried out by trained technicians
• Grease
• Oil (max 5 litres)
• High priority for call-out
• Certificate of inspection

Call-outs for breakdowns, parts and out of hours calls will be billed separately if they are needed.

Service, parts, labour and call outs

This package includes everything in the Standard Service package, plus all call outs (if deemed fair wear and tear), parts, travel time, onsite labour and even allows unlimited call-outs during working hours.

Please note that any failures caused by operator error, malicious damage, neglect, non-maintenance as per manual and false call outs are not covered in the cost of this plan.

For a more economical option, we offer Mastercare XP. This offers the benefits of Mastercare shown above, but does not cover parts. A great option for peace of mind on a tighter budget.

Owl Assistance is an add-on that gives you 24/7 access to call outs. Ask for this on top of your service package and you’ll have complete peace of mind that you’re covered all day, every day.

Service Plus

Optional extra for guaranteed rapid response

Service Plus is an optional add-on that guarantees you faster response times. If you want to make sure downtime is at an absolute minimum, Service Plus gives you priority access to our nationwide team of engineers so that you can get up and running again in no time. This is available on top of any service package.
